How to Edit a PDF — Step by Step
- Load PDFs: drop one or many files above. Multiple files are merged into one document.
- Organize pages: in the Pages grid, rotate (↺ ↻), delete (✕), duplicate (⧉) or move (◀ ▶) pages to reorder.
- Annotate: open a page, then Add Text, Add Image or Draw Signature. Drag to position, corner handle to resize, black toolbar to restyle.
- Stamp: switch on Watermark for all pages, or add automatic page numbers.
